I'm always happy to process payments for your vacation anytime that you would like to make a payment. You must have a vacation currently booked through me or ready to deposit in order to submit a payment request through one of the following options.
- You can CLICK HERE & follow this link to submit your payment information securely.
This will submit your payment information & request, but I will still need to process the payment. Feel free to follow up with me by text or email. Please fill in the form as completely as possible so that I can find your reservation.
- You can use your client portal to submit a payment request. First, you will need to activate your client portal from the email that I send to you. Once your client portal is active & complete, this is a very simple way to request payments. CLICK HERE to access your client portal
Like the payment information form, this is a payment request that I will still need to process. Feel free to follow up with my be text or email.
- Once I have your payment information, you can also send an email to me requesting a payment toward your trip on your card ending in xxxx. If you need to submit payment with a new card, you will have to use one of the two above options.
If you have emailed me during the week, and you don't hear back from me within 24 hours, please feel free to follow up with me by email or text.
On the weekends I am not regularly in my office behind the computer. If you submit a payment request on a weekend & I am not anticipating it, I may not process it until the following week. Please allow 24 hours for me to process payments. Most of the time I can get to them more quickly & if you have not heard back from me or have an urgent need, please reach out to me via text or phone.
