Payments Towards Your Trip

Once your vacation is booked you can set up auto payments with us or you can request payments at your leisure in one of the following way.
All payments are processed through the travel supplier. No money comes directly to us.

Request a payment by email
If you want to use a card we have on file, you can send an email to us requesting a payment for $$$ toward your trip on your card ending in xxxx.
If you have emailed us during the week, and you don't hear back from us within 24 hours, please feel free to follow up with us by email or text

Please allow 24 - 48 hours for me to process payments. Most of the time I can get to them more quickly & if you have not heard back from me or have an urgent need, please reach out to me via text or phone.

Insurance

We highly recommend the purchase of travel insurance for every vacation. This not only protects your vacation investment, but also offers valuable medical coverage when you're traveling outside the country. We are happy to get an insurance quote for you or you can shop through one of our partners by clicking their logo & purchase your policy. Ask me if you would like a quote or a recommendation.

Passports

If you are leaving the country, you NEED a passport. Not a passport card, a passport book.

If you have a passport, dig out your passports and your cruise confirmation and double check the following:

Your Name: Your name on your cruise reservation needs to match the name of your passport exactly!
• The expiration date: should be valid for 6 months after your return date.
• Know where your passports are located & keep them somewhere safe away from pets or small children

Cruise passport recommendations from the US State Department website: "We recommend that everyone taking a cruise from the United States have a passport book. Though some 'closed-loop' cruises may not require a U.S. passport, we recommend bringing yours in case of an emergency, such as an unexpected medical air evacuation or the ship docking at an alternate port. Also, your cruise company may require you to have a passport, even if U.S. Customs and Border Protection does not."
