| "4 months later, this review is VERY overdue! Yet, I’m still compelled to share our experience in working with Melissa and Pixie Dust Adventures because it was THAT great. I took a weeklong trip with my husband, 5-year-old daughter and my in-laws last November. We booked with Melissa on the recommendation of a friend. From our very first interaction which was over a year before our trip and through to the week we left for Florida, I was so very grateful for her time, expertise, and dedication to making our family trip wonderful. The first time we spoke to Melissa, our trip dates were not yet open for booking. She was still generous with her time and helpful in helping us select our dates. She stayed on top of our still-to-be-booked trip, and when our dates were open, she got us confirmed with our preferred dates and resort. At the time of booking, conditions surrounding COVID were unclear, but she always assured us that despite park limitations, it would still be possible to have an amazing vacation. (Spoiler alert: She was right!) We don’t often travel, so this trip was a big deal for us—financially and otherwise. She never took us for granted, listened to what was important to us, and always provided budget-friendly recommendations without us having to ask for them. As a busy mom and frequent park-goer herself, she was very much in touch with the family experience at Disney, too. I found this especially helpful in general—but also at a time when so much was changing at the parks due to COVID. The guidance we received on trip planning, attractions, and dining was always balanced, realistic, and value-added. She has a way of always making you feel good about your decisions.
